Cultural Committee
Cultural activities are important for the students and such activities are ways of recreation and it results in soothing effects. Due to the cultural activities, various qualities are developed among the students like: interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, organizing capability, elimination of stage freight and confidence building. These events help to showcase their inner musicians, dancers, actors, painters, writers, photographers and dreamers. It also helps to explore the hidden talents and special interests. The Institute has set up the Cultural Club. The members of the Club are one chairman ,seven staff members from each department and one Cultural Secretary from students which is elected by Chairman and members of Cultural committee.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Cultural Committee shall be responsible for all college cultural events in the College.
- The Cultural Committee plans and schedules cultural events for the academic year.
- The chairman of the committee shall conduct a meeting of the committee on the regular intervals to discuss and allot tasks.
- The Cultural Committee prepare budget for all cultural events and takes necessary steps for its approval.
Constitution of Committee
- The Vice principal of the Institute is the chairman of committee.
- One senior faculty of the institute is member secretary of committee.
- One faculty member from each department is a member.
- One student member from each department is a member.
- Sports secretary of student’s council is a member.

Activity Report 2019-20
To explore the inherent talent present in the students, college is always providing a platform. Under this various event are conducted. Participation in these events help for the overall development of the students.

A “Saree, Tie & Group Day”, is organized on 10th February 2020. Total six groups in group day and eight students in saree & Tie day has participated. Their talent has been judged by giving them various activities. To motivate and encourage them best winners are selected among the best performance.
Aditya Jadhav TE (Civil) and his group were winners and Ankita Nandanwar SE(E&TC) and her group were runner-up for Group day under the guidance of event coordinator Prof.S.H.Adake IT department .
Mrunali Naik SE (Comp) was winner of Saree day and Rohit Shewale SE(E&TC) was winner for Tie day under the guidance of event coordinator Prof.P.R.Dholi Computer department.

A “Mismatch & Traditional Day”, is organized on 11th February 2020. Total eight students in Mismatch Day& seventeen Students in traditional day has participated. Their talent has been judged by giving them various activities. To motivate and encourage them best winners are selected among the best performance.
Bhushan Deshmukh TE (Mechanical) was winner for Mismatch day under the guidance of event coordinator Prof.S.T.Borole Civil department .
Pallavi Mogare and Group TE (Comp) were winner of Traditional day under the guidance of event coordinator Prof.R.M.Gawande Computer department.

A “Bollywood day”, is organized on 12th February 2020. Total Thirty four students in Bollywood Day has participated. Their talent has been judged by giving them various activities. To motivate and encourage them best winners are selected among the best performance.
Baviskar Pranav and group TE (Civil) was winner and Bhand Puja and Group TE (Electrical) were runner-up of Bollywood day under the guidance of event coordinator Prof. T.T. Kapade Mechanical department .

A “Art Gallery”, is organized on 13th February 2020. Total Fifty-four students in Different activities under Art gallery has participated. Their talent has been judged by observing skill in different activities. To motivate and encourage them best winners are selected among the best performance.
Meet Borade SE (Civil) was winner and Ashutosh Kairnar TE (Mechanical) was runner-up for sketch competition.
Mrunal Hajare TE (Electrical) was winner and Nishant Patil TE (Electrical) was runner-up for sketch competition.
Gayatri Shinde SE (Civil) was winner of Rangoli competition.
Poonam Bachhav B.E(IT) stood winner and Prajakta Chandawadkar B.E(IT) stood runner-up for Painting competition.
Pooja Baste stood winner and Chelsi pawar (Mechanical) stood runner-up as Tik Tok star.
Sayli Hire TE(Electrical) stood winner and Prajakta Chavhanke FE (IT) stood runner-up in Mehndi competition.
All these events are taken place under the guidance of Prof.A.E.Jagtap Electrical department.

A “Cultural Event”, is organized on 14th February 2020. Total Fifty-Six selected students have shown their talent out of the major number of participation in the different cultural events. Their talent has been judge by the faculty who are having depth of knowledge in the respective field. To motivate and encourage them best winners are selected among the best performance.
In best singers category total 12 peformances have been made for solo,duet and instrumental music.Mr.Deshmukh Bhushan TE (Mechanical) and Aute Ashwini SE (E&TC) were selected as best male and female singers respectively in singing competetion.
In best Drama category total three departments Mechanical, E&TC, Electrical have participated.Mr.Khairnar Dhananjay and group class TE (E&TC) stood winner in Drama competition.Details are as follows :

- Credit of Success of entire Gathering goes to all our beloved students ,staffs, peons under the guidance of our Vice principal Dr.V.H.Patil madam and our visionary leader Principal Dr.G.K.Kharate sir.
