Autonomous Status
The University Grants Commission (UGC) in New Delhi has granted autonomous status to Matoshri Engineering College and Research Centre, Eklahare, Nashik, effective from the academic year 2024-25. This makes it the third institution in Nashik City and the first in the district to achieve autonomy. Matoshri College of Engineering offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including Master of Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, and E&TC Engineering.
NBA Accredited
The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) in New Delhi has accredited the departments of Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology department and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Matoshri Engineering College and Research Centre. Remarkably, all five departments received accreditation in the evaluation cycle, which is a significant achievement for the college. Matoshri Engineering College has consistently focused on providing high-quality education along with good employment opportunities. Due to the comprehensive academic environment and excellent facilities, the institution has been successfully producing skilled engineers in the region.
