8^th March, considered as International Women’s Day. This day brings many things for women a cause for celebration, a reason to pause and re-evaluate a remembrance, an inspiration and a time to honour, loved and admired. To honor womanhood, Matoshri Education Society has celebrated the International Women’s Day on Thursday, 8th March, 2024 in the campus. During the event Head of the department Prof.N.L.Bhalefaliciated to all the ladies staff from the department. Also he addressed that their should be a balance between career and family and without a family support a women can’t achieve success, also addressed that girls should know their right to defend themselves and be careful against crimes against women.

• 1^st March 2024

A grand formal felicitation programme for the Rank holders and Subject toppers students of Department of Information Technology in the year 2022-23 Sem-II. It was held on 1st March, Friday, 2024 in Swami Vivekananda Seminar hall. The Felicitation program was conducted with respected Head of Department Prof. N.L. Bhale, Departmental Academic Coordinator Dr. R.S. Khule and all faculty members. Ms. Pranjal Dhage expressed brief introduction about Acumen Club, what are the upcoming activities we planned. We felicitated the rank holders for SE,TE and BE students as well as subject toppers.

The historical visit at "Ballaleshwer Pali Ganpati Temple" and "Murud Janjira Fort" on Saturday, 13 January 2024. This visit organised to immerse students in historical and cultural knowledge. A total of 50 final-year students and three faculty members participated in this enlightening journey through time.

During an industrial visit to Brightsea Technology, students can gain insights into the software development lifecycle, project management methodologies, quality assurance processes, and the latest technologies used in the industry

Workshop on Digital Marketing was conducted on 25^th September 2019. Mr.Yuvraj Jadhav ,digital marketing trainer having Google certification with experience of 3 years in this area. He guided students about skills needed to excel in Digital marketing. Digital marketing is used in online marketing of business to easily track and monitor campaigns to connect with present and prospective customers. Digital Marketing caters to mobile consumers and helps to build brand reputation

Department of IT Engineering had organized a “Technical event Tech-Fest 2019” under Acumen students club during March 2019 for all students from engineering domain. It was a perfect platform for students to showcase their skills.

Workshop on Python programming was organized in September 2017 under student Acumen club.Python training session was successfully conducted by student Akash Jobanputra. All students learned the basics of python programming through the hands-on session

Seminar on Ethical hacking conducted for I.T students on 13^th January 2016. Speaker Ajinkya Lohakare created awareness for Ethical Hacking.Ethical hacking these days is used as a common and favored process to analyze the security systems and programs of an organization. It runs parallel with security judgment, red teaming, intrusion testing, and vulnerability.
