CESA - Student Club
Civil Engineering Student Association (CESA) is formed in 2011, with the grand inauguration by the hands of honorable Principal, Dr. G. K. Kharate. CESA consists of a committee which is headed by President and vice president along with two Member from every division. The president and vice president are strictly taken from TE only.
Member are selected by taking interviews of the interested candidates by the expert panel of staff Member appointed by The Head of Department. From these Member president and vice president is elected by taking voting.
Under CESA there different activities organized by the students for the students. The activities like different technical and non technical seminars, different competitions, different workshops and last but not the least different function for refreshment of the students are also organized by the CESA.
The constitution of CESA club is as:
- President 01 (preferably from T.E.)
- Vice President 01 (preferably from T.E.)
- Secretary 01 (preferably from T.E.)
- Treasurer 01 (preferably from S.E.)
- Committee Member 10 (preferably from S.E.)
Students Committee is reformed every year.
The working of the club would be governed by staff committee known as ‘governing body’ that constitutes-
- Patrons - Secretary Matoshri Education Society and Principal
- Chairman - Head of the Department
- Treasurer - Senior Teacher of Department
Treasurer and Club coordinator are appointed by the governing body to facilitate smooth functioning of the club. Tenure of club coordinator would be of two years.

Expert Talk 2
The expert lecture by Dr. N. D. Chaudhari on Hydroelectric power generation and hydraulic machines was arranged on Tuesday, 01/09/2015 for the subject of Fluid mechanics. The students got brief details about hydropower generation and it’s working. He presented detail theory on the working and operation of hydroelectric power plant. He also explained about the classification of hydraulic turbine such as Pelton wheel, Kaplan turbine and Francis turbine and their working also that how the kinetic energy of water is converted into mechanical energy.

Expert Talk 3
The expert lecture by Mr. Nakul Gaikwad on Cybercrime was arranged on Wednesday,19/08/2015 for the subject of Cyber Crime. The students got brief details about Computer, cell phones and it’s working. He presented detail theory on the working and operation of Cyber Expert. He also explained about the classification of Hackers, such as white hacker, black hacker, and Good hackers and their working. He also gave demonstration, how the Hacking is done. He also explained safety procurations while working on computers.
