Practices and Training Conducted

Practices

  • The students are given soft skills and technical training. The training begins in the first year of degree course and continues till the final year. The training allows the students to explore their talents and skills and enhance their potential.
  • In the first year the focus is on communication skills and intra personal skills which include programs on Personality Development, Presentation skills, Goal Setting, Confidence building. The second year and third year focuses on aptitude preparation, group discussion and interview skill. In final year students are given company specific training. in addition to soft skill training, technical training in respectivedomain,higher studies guidance, competitive examination guidance is also provided to the students.

  • Training on Aptitude

    Aptitude Training Program for TE students of all branches was conducted on every Tuesday from 13th September 2024 to 15th April 2025 by Dr. Kiran Derle Sir.

  • Employability Enhancement Training

    Employability Enhancement Training Program was conducted by Zensar on 11th February 2025 to 15th April 2025 in online mode for all branch TE students.

  • Expert talk on “Electric Vehicle Industry”

    Expert talk on “Electric Vehicle Industry” was conducted by Mr. Kishor Patil (E&TC,batch 2016) on 16th April 2025 for all students.

  • Alumni Interaction Session

    On April 2nd 2025, esteemed alumnus Mr. Imran Shaikh visited our institution to interact with the Second Year (SE) Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) students. The session was aimed at guiding students on the importance of strengthening their fundamental knowledge and staying updated with new advancements in technology.

  • Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Program - Mahindra Pride

    Offline Employability Enhancement & Youth Livelihood Program conducted by Mr. Vishvesh Kathe, Ms. Sonali Pathak of Mahindra Pride. It was held during 22/08/2022 to 27/08/2022(1 Week). Around 64 students have participated in it.

  • Zensar, ESD Training Program

    Zensar, ESD Training Program conducted by Zensar Ltd. Pune. It was held during 30/08/2022 to 17/09/2022 (16 Days). Around 128 students have participated in it. They gave training on PL-SQL and Aptitude to the enrolled students.
